But the comedian hints that the departure might not be the end of his career as a television host.
As for all that Tonight Show money, Leno still has it. All of it.

They say Conan would leave to another network and they're doing it to protect themselves from that, but to me it seems like it would be much worse to have Leno competing against you from another network than it would to have Conan doing it.
