I am trying to hook a new box. #3412/2305. The installer left one that didnt have an hdmi out. They gave me this curent box at the billing office. but, when I try hooking it up to my pioneer FXD1 monitor nothing is getting through. I get diagnostics...epoo... thats it. oob status...75.25MHz no no no SNR00.0 INvalid...AGC:00% INVALI

Any help will be welcome

You do have the cable connected to the RF IN jack (farthest left when looking at it from the back), and not RF OUT?

You did verify that the cable connected is the one coming FROM the cable system, and not one going to a TV or whatever?

Did you try another cable?

If nothing still works, then you may need to get it exchanged, or have them come out and verify the connections and box.

Is it on?

Out of Band status doesn't measure the signal frequencies that would give you a picture. You want to look at In Band and also current channel status.

What output are you using?

Ihave tried an HDMI and I tride a gang of five rca"s(R?G?B+audio) Unless I am looking at the wrong thing It does not seem to see either tunner. With the 6200 I was able to get avery nice looking1080i when I went to the dvr I get nothing. NO input signal...Thanks for the input.

What kind of splitters are you using and how many prior to the line coming into the box? What are your In Band and Current Channel status readings? Are you getting poor SNR or a lot of errors?

Try bypassing all of your internal house wiring (as much as you can) and hooking up the unsplit line to the back of your 3412. Then check the diagnostics.

I finally got a picture. in band tuner 1

SNR32.2 AGC:82%
5 sec error counts...un/cor0000 cor0000

inband tuner2 not available

high def ok..analog fair to poor

Iam using and HDmI cable but I have no audio...with RCAX5 I do have audio?
