"Ginormous" Now in Dictionary

According to Merriam-Webster, "ginormous" is now a perfectly acceptable word.  Is it any wonder there's barely an English language left, and that those who claim to use it can barely do so?  I'm hardly a linguist, but how long until we just go back to grunting at each other and pointing at stuff to communicate?
