Mike "Boogie" Malin, winner of Big Brother All-Stars (Season 7), was jailed in Denver following game 4 of the World Series according to restaurant web site Eater LA.  Malin is a partner in the Dolce Group, which owns several restaurants and clubs.

Eater LA claims Malin was locked up "for allegedly assaulting a waitress at a local sports bar."

Speaking on Malin's behalf, Dolce Group Public Relations states, "Malin is working with his legal team to properly handle the misunderstanding and the charges."

According to Reality Blurred, Malin's recent television appearances include having a genital wart removed by fellow Big Brother alum Dr. Will Kirby on Doctor 90210.
