You are not logged in. #1 11-09-2007 11:28:28 AMJP1.2 Access to DCH3416 Remote?After reading some posts, it seems I can access the remote for my DCH3416 using a JP1.2 cable, some free software and my computer. Has anyone done this? Does it allow you to download a backup of the current settings? Or, is this more trouble than it's worth? I normally have another OneForAll that is JP1 (JP1.0) that otherwise works the same. You can add codes, create a custom layout for your device, etc... I built my own JP1 cable (and had to buy a parallel port card for my new computer), but bought the JP1.x cable.
