NEWS: Comcast Brings Back the Yule Log

DESIGN TAXI - The cultural viewing phenomenon of the Yule Log is being brought back to homes around the nation again this holiday season … in high definition (HD)!

Based on last year’s resounding HD viewer demand, Comcast is making the Yule Log available on its HD On Demand service through Jan. 4.

Customers can watch the Yule Log any time, whether playing it as the backdrop for a weekend holiday party or on Christmas morning as families open their presents.

I already feel warm and cozy ... with Jennifer Love Hewitt by me side!!  lol

I think I'll DVR it so I can watch it over and over again.

Re: NEWS: Comcast Brings Back the Yule Log

My wife recorded about  1.5 hours of it last year on our S3 Tivo.  I think it was broadcast on InHD.
She has already started playing it now and then this season.

It's really not so bad, and at least she isn't making me go make a real fire (though it would not make much sense in Atlanta so far this year. Today its about 65 degrees, tomorrow is supposed to hit 70)

Re: NEWS: Comcast Brings Back the Yule Log

Nothing like a screen saver for the TV!  I had never even heard of the Yule Log until I met my wife.  Now it is a fixture in our home!
