Offline #3 12-28-2007 1:32:34 PMRe: DCH6416 questionIt is the DCH box as the window is rectangular and it has DCH6416 on the front. My question is that if I go into SETUP, it states that the model is a DCT, do I have a DCT or DCH. As I also stated, the software as listed at http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/How_to_use_a_Motorola_DVR seems to indicate that they pushed the wrong software to my box. The main difference will be the FIRMWARE, which is the 18.xx series on the DCH's. With the wrong firmware, it wouldn't work at all.
