NEW Comcast TV Guide software for this year (looks amazing)

It's being shown off at CES and is scheduled for the end of this year. Check it out here, pictures look very slick and a huge improvement over the old software!

So I guess my questions would be...

1.)  Will it cost extra?  Be it for software or hardware upgrade?
2.)  What DVR boxes will this be for, or will it be for all boxes?

Looks nice... betcha it'll be just as buggy as our current iGuide if it ever actually makes it onto our boxes.
