Yep. They are Cable Com. Also...got a door hanger from comcast today saying Offline #9 03-05-2007 11:19:23 PMRe: It's funny....When they upgraded the system here (San Jose, CA), I never had a power interruption. But, the cable service went out a dozen or more times over about 6 weeks, sometimes for as much as 12 hours. They always said they'd have it working by 5 PM, but often missed by several hours. Whenever I called to complain outages that lasted well past 5 PM, they'd say "oh, we're doing the upgrade in your area, there's nothing we can do." Offline |
