Is the RF Out Connector live on the 3416?

Does anyone know if the RF Out connector on a 3416 works? Can I run the RF Out to a 2nd TV, and have access to the DVR programs?  I guess I can try this when I get a chance, just wondering if anyone has tried this before.  I know it didn't work on the 6412.

It works on my 3412, so I'm sure it also works on the 3416.  See this thread for info on using the DVR for a 2nd TV.
