6412 Saved programs

Just curious for those with a 6412:

Do programs that you've recently watched in OnD get saved to your Saved Programs list? I just noticed the other day on mine that when I start a show and exit out, my Saved Programs list was empty.  I'm pretty sure it used to save them.  And I know nothing has been changed in our OnD here as I have installed many people these last few weeks and as part of our customer service, I always give a full walkthrough of how to use OnD and specifically show customers about the Save feature, and 90% of those demos are on regular DCTs.  As a follow up to this question, I am going to email the repair facility we send our equipment to and see what they say.

Since we don't have CH1 yet, I can't respond.  We were supposed to get it mid-April and it got postponed to late May.   But I have recently been  getting a few channels that are listed as digital-plus even though I only have digital classic.  I have been getting one Encore feed and Lifetime Movie Channel...neither which is listed as digital classic package.

I still get VOD in my saved programs on my 6412.

The Saved programs time in Ch1/OnDemand is typically 24 hours for material over about 15-20 minutes, and 2-3 hours for shorter stuff.

Yeah when i do my demos for customers, I always pick "A Fish Called Wanda" in the free movies section, and I never play more than 1 minute of it, and every single box, DVR included, kicks it to the saved programs. I have yet to send my email. I am curious to know if this is a box issue. I have never had this happen before. If nothing gets saved to Saved programs, what would happen to movies I purchase on VOD? Hmmm....
