Instructables has detailed steps on how send Business Reply envelopes back presented in a humorous fashion. More interesting, though, is one commenter on the landing page, who says he tapes these Business Reply envelopes to packages full of junk and they are accepted by the Post Office and sent back to the junk mailer. They have to pay the postage. But I read that it really doesn't do much. Some clerk just opens it, and tosses it. The powers that be never even see it. But it makes me feel good. I also get junk mail addressed to my deceased father (2001). I usually write something like "He's dead you idiots" and send it back. The best one was an advert. for life insurance sent to him. I wrote "You're too late ".
