Sorry I didn't have time to write up a whole wordy thing. Here's the short version:

Mariah: Less annoying than I expected.

Great: David Cook / Kristy Lee Cook

Passable: Carly Smithson (Who proved she's no Kelly) / Brooke White (Thought she was going to have a heart attack she was quaking so much)

Bored Me To Tears: David Archuleta / Syesha Mercado

What the Hell Was That?: Jason Castro

Who should go: Jason
Who Will Go: Syesha

Thoughts?

Tough call this week. In the pool, I always try to pick a single
pick to jump out in points, but this week I gotta spread the
points. I do agree with Simon, that the guys are all safe this week.

I believe the guys are all safe tonight. I've got Carly and Brooke in my bottom 2. If I have to add a third, it's a mix between Kristy Lee and Syesha.

Brook was just annoying to me. Her tempo kept changing without a need and why can't she just listen to her criticisms without rebuttal.

Carly sounded fine in the beginning of her performance, but then she got into the second piece and started screaming. She did that for the rest of the song. I think her song choice, which needs a very powerful and pure sound, was way over her ability.

Syesha is very much the same, but I think she has a purer voice in the power mode.

My guess tonight is Carly is going back to the bar.......
