Comcast Responsive to Internet Customer Service Complaints

At long last, Comcast appears to be serious about repairing its tattered Customer Service image.

Comcast has a dedicated go-to guy named Frank Eliason who scans blogs and Twitter (and, hopefully, message boards) looking for unresolved customer complaints.

The email address for Eliason's department is: We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com

It would help a lot if he were to read just the Comcast forums at http://forums.comcast.net/, but he probably doesn't even know about those.  roll
