So i have that message on a few hd channels including the new ones USA HD and SCI-FI HD

unplugging the box does not fix it.

Any ideas?

Maybe something in your account got screwed up. Or maybe there's actually a technical problem with the transmission of the channels. Try calling them and see.

did that frank.
the operator just gave me the standard unplug it for 30 seconds.
that didn't work the 3 times i tried it.
they are sending someone out next week.

blah.

It just seems weird that you would get that specific a message instead of "Channel Not Available" or something. Maybe it really will return shortly.

nope going on 3 days.

i thin it started when the 2 new channels were added here.

ok the guy came and said there was a filter on the line and htis was causing trouble.
